It is crucial that everyone wear a mask when doing essential errands around town. Local leaders are asking all of us to comply, and in some cases, requiring we wear masks to enter public spaces like grocery stores and pharmacies.

We are asking the public at large to join us in this effort with us and #MASKUP! The masks help others more than you, but is critical that all of us do so to reduce the number of infected people and help flatten the curve. 

Our campaign is based on YOU. On YOUR participation! Take a picture of yourself in an American Mask Project mask, tag @americanmaskproject and hashtag #MASKUP, allowing us to use your image in our IG feed.

For every post, we will donate a mask to the Downtown Women's Center of Los Angeles.
